Upon signing up, you will have a one-to-one chat with myself where I will ask you a series of questions to help me better understand your goals, current circumstances and any preferences.

Following our chat and goal setting I will design a bespoke training program tailor-made for you and your goals. I will break everything down so no guesswork is required.

Nutrition Guidance

Along with the physical training program we will discuss your current diet and eating habits. I will provide you with recipes, a shopping list and full advice on nutrition.

iOS users will have access to a mobile app where you can access programs and update on the go. Android users do not fret, the invitation email will direct you to the webpage app where you can 'favourite' the page and still access programs on the go.

Training doesn't just start and end in the gym. Lifestyle factors play key a roll on your physical and mental health. Going beyond the gym, I will work with you to track specific lifestyle factors with the purpose of improving mental and physical health outside of the gym environment.

Still Not Sure? Allow Me To Answer A Few FAQ

How does It Work?

Your program is designed on an individual basis based on information you have provided me about your current fitness levels, exercise history, personal logistics (by way of gym access, fitness equipment at home etc).

I would ask that you update your progress pictures with photos of your current physique - front, side and back- this will give me an idea on your current muscular composition, body fat and body type. Every 6 weeks I will request you update this section with new photos to compare. This will prove invaluable for you to see how you are progressing, as well as for myself. 

There will be a fitness test I will recommend to be completed upon sign-up that allows me to gauge your current fitness level, therefor tailoring the workout program with exercises suitable to your current level of fitness.

Nutrition advice and meal plans will be based on your caloric intake and current goals. I will recommend you maintain a food diary to be completed each day - and be honest, if you had that sneaky midnight chocolate bar write it down.

 

Do You Offer Personal Training In Person?

I most certainly do. I find that personal training in person is the best way to build on trainer and client relationships, as well as provide you with that extra boost of motivation. I'm not a big fan of just being a text box on the other end of a screen. What Happens After I Complete My Course?

At the end of the course you have chosen, you will receive an end of course briefing (really just an informal chat with myself). We will go over the progress you have made over the course and, more importantly, how you feel personally. Some clients have reached and exceeded the goals they set for themselves and have gained the confidence to train alone, while others have opted to continue on a longer 24 week program to see even more progress even after reaching their original goals. Options will be made available to you based on your progress and you will still receive continued support no matter what option you choose.
 

Do I Need Access To A Gym or Fitness Equipment?

No you don't. The program is designed based on individual factors specific to you, and this includes what you have available around you. If you don't have access to a gym, I will design your program to be done at home. If you don't have access to equipment, I will recommend make-shift weights you can create at home using what's around you.

 

If I Can't Continue With The Course, Will I Get My Money Back?

I offer a 30day money back guarantee. If at any point you cannot continue with the course within the 30day period I will refund you the full amount, no questions asked. If however you cannot continue after the 30days has expired, the full cost will be incurred. 

 

Do You Help Me With Medical Conditions / Injuries?

As this is an online service, I am afraid I am not in a position to diagnose injuries. I would advise you seek advice from your GP or a physiotherapist regarding medical conditions or injuries before taking part in exercise or signing up for the online personal training. Although my programs are designed to work towards optimal health, they are not intended as a replacement for personal medical advice.
